Carry On; The best fanfic to book

So, Carry On is a book based on a fanfic that a character was writing in the book, Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell. That tells you that it is an 'interesting' book. Well, it is. It's similar to the Harry Potter books, as Simon Snow, the main character goes to a magical school in Watford. Now, you may be questioning me about how I like this fanfic turned book, since others have not been so good, but this is really good. Unlike other books, you don't feel the heavy romance in the plot, or being focused on the romance between the main characters. So, if you're ready to read something that is so much like Harry Potter (and some of its fanfic), then please read this, you'll thoroughly enjoy.
